The Texas Peer Assistance Program for Nurses (TPAPN) offers nurses
(RNs and LVNs) life-renewing opportunities for recovery from substance
use disorders and certain psychiatric disorders and integrates nurses
back into the profession thus protecting the public and promoting

The Extended Evaluation Program (EEP) is operated by the Texas
Peer Assistance Program for Nurses (TPAPN). EEP is a drug screening
program for Board of Nursing approved RNs and LVNs designed to help
support them in demonstrating abstinence and determining if they
may have a possibly substance use disorder requiring more intensive
monitoring.
