Addiction Directions Accountability Program (ADAP)

12 month post treatment aftercare program provides a custom designed, four phase program- Transition, Re-Entry, Stabilization, and Maintenance/Growth, to assist men and women transitioning from rehabilitation back into society.

ADAP participants currently experience an 85% success rate within their first year of recovery.

Professional Recovery Advocates are assigned individually to each participant, are available 24/7, and have frequent contact with key people in the participant's Continuing Care Plan.

AMP- Addiction Monitoring Program

Program available for 6 or 12 month term. Each person is assigned to a recovery advocate who contacts the client a minimum of twice a week. Sober living services optional.

Weekly alcohol and drug screenings
Weekly contact with family, sponsors and other significant people
Monthly reports provided to referring organizations
